Sharks, Turtles, and Caves – Okinawa Diving (Kerama Islands)

Hi everyone,

It’s Miho here – I have been sick for a while, but think I’m recovering.
Here are the pictures from our dives at the Kerama Islands and Kamiyama Labyrinth.

We saw many many sharks today – and it’s the season for fish to mate and hatch eggs! We saw a school of Surgeonfish mating in a big school.

It was a very nice sunny day!
We dove Labyrinth for caves and swimthrus. It’s so much fun!

We did not forget to check out white tip reef shark’s nest and lion fish cave.

It so much fun to peek into the hard coral reef at Hija Bay for blenny, crabs, and scorpion fish.

The visibility at Ariga Cable was great!
Akira’s team had a drift dive over there.

Steve, Harriet, thank you for coming out diving with us! We enjoyed hanging out with you so much!

Wonderful Day shooting Underwater Photos – Kerama Diving Trip

Hi it’s Miho here.

Today was the second day of diving with Steve shooting photos.
I had Steve and Hiroko in my dive team – enjoying all around the dive spots at Kuroshima North Bay. My favorite dive sites!

The best shot today was by Steve!
It’s a Wobbegon Shark or Flinge Shark that he spotted. This kind is a rare one in Okinawa.
